Palestinian government welcomes unity deal
Members of the Palestinian government welcomed the Doha declaration which was signed on Monday by Hamas and Fatah.
In an announcement published at the end of their weekly meeting, the ministers expressed their hopes that the implementation of the unity agreement will take lace as soon as possible. Senior Fatah official Nabil Shaath declared that the interim government would agree to the quartet's terms. (Elior Levy)
