Report: Khaled Mashaal will not return to Syria; operate from Qatar

Hamas Politburo Chief Khaled Mashaal will not return to Damascus at this time and is expected to carry out Hamas activities temporarily from Qatar the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported.
