Yishai: Carmel fire report's conclusions 'inherently wrong'
Interior Minister Eli Yishai claimed Thursday that the State Comptroller's draft report into the Carmel fire includes "many factual mistakes which led to inherently wrong conclusions." Yishai was one of those held accountable for the fire.
Nevertheless, a statement on the minister's behalf said that the report notes that Yishai was the only one who worked to bolster Israel's Fire Services over the past 20 years. (Moran Azulay)
