Police detained two Palestinians who are suspected of uprooting plants that were planted near Hebron in honor of Tu B'Shvat.
In addition, IDF soldiers apprehended two other Palestinians who hurled stones at Israeli vehicles travelling near the West Bank settlement of Beit Hagai. (Yair Altman)
