MK Zoabi files rebuttal in pending flotilla court case
MK Hanin Zoabi (Balad) told the High Court of Justice that she should not face criminal charges regarding her participation in the 2010 Gaza flotilla because the court order making Israel's participation in it illegal was given when she was already at sea.
Zoabi was answering a petition filed with the court against Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein's decision to close the case against her. (Aviad Glickman)
