India terror attack: Tal Koren 'regained consciousness'
Ido Koren, brother of Tal Yehoshua Koren, wife of the Defense Ministry envoy to New Delhi who was injured in a terror attack near the Israeli mission in India, said his sister was fully conscious but is still in the recovery stages.
He said that "She isn't really talking yet, from what she told her husband she didn't really understand what was going on, the driver was the one who realized someone had put something on the car and yelled at her to get out of the vehicle which she did." He added that in the next few hours doctors would assess whether it would be possible to fly her back to Israel. (Aviel Magnezi)
