Turkey, which has tense ties with Israel, has condemned attacks that targeted Israeli diplomats in India and Georgia.
Turkey's Foreign Ministry issued a statement Tuesday saying the country is opposed to terrorism "whatever its source or reason." It wished a speedy recovery to those injured. (AP)
