Abuse case against judge closed due to lack of evidence

The State Prosecutor's Office has decided to close the case against Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court Judge Arie Attias, who was suspected of sexually assaulting a typist for nine years. Attias will not be tried due to lack of evidence against him.

A criminal investigation into Attias was launched about a year ago after the employee filed a complaint. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
