A clash between rival fan groups in Serbia has left several people injured, including one seriously.
Police say the fans clashed early Monday on a highway in central Serbia. They were returning from the national cup final basketball match between rival Belgrade clubs Red Star and Partizan that was held in the southern city of Nis. (AP)
