Palestinian Prisoner Affairs Minister Issa Karake has announced that Palestinian prisoners across Israel will go on a 24-hour hunger strike to express their sympathy for Islamic Jihad member in administrative detention Khader Adnan.
On Saturday, The European Union's foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton is "concerned" about the deteriorating health condition of Adnan, who has been on hunger strike for more than two months. (Elior Levy)
