The Military Prosecution reached plea bargain with a female soldier who was accused of abandoning her surveillance post near the northern border, Ynet learned on Wednesday.
According to the plea bargain, the prosecution will make do with the two months the soldier had already spent behind bars. In exchange, she will be convicted for exceeding authority to the point of endangering lives. Haifa's military court is expected to rule whether or not to accept the bargain later on Wednesday.
