Livni: Yeshivas should cease to be refuge for army dodgers

Opposition Chairwomen Tzipi Livni spoke before the Knesset plenum saying that the IDF is no longer the army of the people. "We didn't need the High Court of Justice to know that there is no equality amongst the people," Livni said.
"The law is not against haredim but for the unification of the people of Israel. Yishivot will still exist but will cease to be a refuge for army dodgers. The citizens will work, serve and provide for themselves. It's the Jewish way, the Zionist way. It's what's right." (Moran Azulay)
