Motion to annul legal measures against Gaza pullout opponents rejected
Israel's High Court of Justice rejected the motion calling to revoke the law which quashes penal measures against Israeli's who protested against the disengagement from the Gaza strip in 2005.
Eight out of the nine judges debating the appeal, including Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch decided to deny the motion. (Aviad Glickman)
