Syrian Red Crescent team enters Homs neighborhood
The International Committee of the Red Cross says a team from its Syrian sister organization has been able to enter an embattled neighborhood in Syria's city of Homs.
Red Cross spokeswoman Carla Haddad said late Monday that the Syrian Arab Red Crescent is now in Baba Amr neighborhood trying to deliver medical supplies and evacuate wounded persons. (AP)
