British arms-to-Iran suspect hearing scheduled

Authorities say a federal court hearing has been scheduled in El Paso for a retired British businessman accused of trying to sell missile batteries to Iran in 2006.

Christopher Tappin's initial hearing before a federal judge was expected to happen Monday, but was postponed until Tuesday. (AP)
