Diskin: Situation in region – 3 states for 3 peoples

Former Shin Bet Chief Yuval Diskin said at a conference held at the Israel Bar Association that the situation in the region has reached a point where "three states exist for three peoples – Gaza, Israel and the West Bank."

"Anyone who thinks that when we speak to the Palestinians, we speak to one group, is wrong," he added. "I don't know anyone who wants to negotiate with Hamas, but that's the direction where we're headed. Abbas is the last of the Mohicans." (Boaz Fyler)
