Tel Aviv man charged with sodomizing girlfriend's baby
The State Prosecutor's Office is indicting a 40-year-old Tel Aviv resident for sodomizing and injuring his girlfriend's infant son. The prosecution has requested to keep the defendant in custody until the completion of the proceedings against him, and to remove the gag order placed on his personal details.
According to the indictment, the man put his hand over the 1-year-old boy's mouth in order to keep him from making noise while being sodomized. The infant was hospitalized for six days following the incident, and had to undergo surgery under general anesthesia. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
