Prosecution appeals decision to parole man who molested daughter
The State Prosecutor's Office has appealed the Petah Tikva Administrative Court against the decision to parole an inmate who was sentenced to 12 years in prison for committing indecent acts against his 8-year-old daughter.
According to the prosecution, the prisoner is sticking to the claim that his daughter seduced him, has not internalized the severity of his actions and has not expressed remorse. The prosecution asserted that the prisoner poses a danger to the public, and his release is contrary to prison professionals' recommendations. (Raanan Ben Zur)
