2 girls attempt suicide at Ashdod beach
Two 14-year-old girls were found unconscious on the beach in Ashdod. They were taken to the Barzilai Medical Center and were treated for frostbite.
The teens said they attempted to commit suicide after being harassed on social networking sites. One was released from the hospital earlier Thursday, while the other is being kept for observation. The police have launched an investigation into the case. (Neri Brenner)
