Minimal marriage age upped to 18
The Ministerial Committee for Legislative Affairs has approved the bill presented by Knesset Member Yariv Levin (Likud) according to which the minimal marriage age will go up from 17 to 18. All the ministers supported the bill with one dissenter – MK Meshulam Nehari (Shas). (Aviad Glickman)
