Israel's former IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi addressed the draft of a State Comptroller report criticizing his conduct in the so-called Harpaz affair as well as his turbid relationship with Defense Minster Ehud Barak.
"The most important thing is to learn a lesson so that in the future such relations between bureaus and between a defense minister and an IDF chief will not exist," said Ashkenazi. "I've never run away from anything, not from a battle and not from criticism." (Yoav Zitun)
