CBS: Average Israel salary in 2011 was NIS 8,735
The Central Bureau of Statistics announced that the average salary in the Israeli market in 2011 was set at NIS 8,735 a month.
The lowest salaries were recorded in the food and hospitality sector, with an average wage of NIS 4,112 a month, while the highest salaries were recorded in the electricity and water sector, with an average salary of NIS 21,913. (Ran Rimon)
