Court: 'Captain George' trial to be held publicly

Tel Aviv District Court Judge Dalia Ganot has dismissed the State's motion to hold a closed-door trial for a damages claim brought forth by a former senior IDF interrogator known as "Captain George."
The plaintiff, whose identity has not been made public, is suing the State for dismissing him from the army after a Lebanese terrorist, Mustapha Dirani, accused him of sodomy. (Yoav Zitun)
