PA: Israel responsible for death of children in mortar shell explosion

The Palestinian Authority accused Israel for causing the deaths of two Palestinian children in an explosion caused by an IDF dud near Hebron on Tuesday.

The PA called on the international community to immediately intervene and halt the IDF's military training in the West Bank and in populated areas. (Elior Levy)
