Southern schools to be closed Sunday, except in Gaza vicinity

Home Front Command has announced that all school activity is to be canceled on Sunday in towns located within 7-40 kilometers of Gaza due to the escalation in rocket fire. These cities include Ashkelon, Ashdod, Beersheba, Netivot, Sderot and others.

Schools located in communities closer to the Gaza Strip are to operate as usual due to the fact that the facilities in these towns are fortified. (Yoav Zitun)
