Abbas orders drugs to be sent to Gaza hospitals
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has ordered Ramallah's Health Ministry to send medication to the hospitals in Gaza as soon as possible.
A spokesman for emergency services in Gaza confirmed that Abbas' decision was made in response to a request made by Gaza's Health Ministry. Health officials on the Strip urged residents to donate blood. (Elior Levy)
