France grants 10 million euro aid to Palestinian authority
French foreign ministry announced Tuesday a plan to transfer €10 million in aid to the Palestinian authority, and called on the US and gulf countries to join the efforts to assist Palestinians escape the difficult economic situation.
The ministry's spokesperson declared that "Israel should help the authority to increase its revenue and minimize its dependency on foreign aid." (AFP)
