Report: 2 Israeli battleships cross Suez Canal
Egypt's Al-Ahram newspaper reported Tuesday that three ships, Israeli and French, had crossed the Suez Canal. According to reports, the two battleships and French ship left Port Said in the north.
Suez Canal sailing supervisor said the crossing took 14 hours, and the ships were accompanied by a Suez authority tow ship for security purposes. (Roi Kais)
