Iran parliament begins questioning Ahmadinejad

Iran's parliament has begun the questioning of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad over a long list of accusations including mismanaging the nation's economy and challenging the country's supreme leader.

 

Conservative lawmaker Ali Motahari, who is a prominent opponent of the president, posed the questions to Ahmadinejad Wednesday in an open session of the parliament broadcast live on state radio. (AP)
