The police have arrested eight civilians employed as drivers by the IDF on suspicion of stealing tens of thousands of shekels worth of food from the army's trucks.
As per the allegations, the drivers sold the food to grocers across the country over the past year. Eight soldiers charged with supervising the food deliveries are expected to be arrested later Thursday on suspicion of collaborating with the scheme. (Yoav Zitun and Eli Senyor)
