French President Nicolas Sarkozy is urging humanitarian corridors for Syria and says its leader should be sent to the International Criminal Court.
Sarkozy said Assad "is behaving like a murderer." Sarkozy said on Europe-1 radio Wednesday that "we must obtain humanitarian corridors, and for that we must unblock the Russian veto and Chinese veto" at the UN Security Council. (AP)
