State motions High Court to delay evacuation of Migron outpost

The State Prosecutor's Office has motioned the High Court of Justice to delay the removal of the Migron outpost, which is set to be evacuated by the end of the month.

The prosecution wrote that the government has reached an agreement with the settlers, which stipulates that the residents of the outpost are to move to a new neighborhood once it is built, and responsibility for the old structures is to be transferred to the Civil Administration. (Aviad Glickman)
