Report: Assad tells Annan – will negotiate with opposition in Moscow

Lebanese newspaper As-Safir revealed several details from the meeting held a week ago between Syrian President Bashar Assad and Kofi Annan. According to the report Assad told Annan that he would not negotiate with the opposition in any place but Moscow. (Roi Kais)
