Senior Hamas official to speak before UN human rights body
Hamas lawmaker and Gaza leader Ismail al-Ashkar will speak on Monday before the UN's human Rights Council in Geneva where he will complain against the "kidnapping of the movement's Palestinian parliament members by Israel."
This is the second time that Hamas members have visited Switzerland in recent months. The purpose of the previous visit was to open communications channels between Hamas and European countries. (Elior Levy)
