IPS considers granting Katsav prison leave for son's wedding

The Israel Prison Service is considering granting former President Moshe Katsav a prison leave, which he requested in order to attend his son's wedding.

Katsav, who is serving a seven-year sentence for rape, has refused to wear a prison uniform, and has been receiving privileges other inmates are normally denied. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
