Peres: Murder of children most heinous crime

President Shimon Peres said following the drive-by shooting attack in Toulouse that killed four people, including three children: "There is no greater sin than the murder of a boy or a girl.

"This is the most heinous crime. To wake up in the morning and murder children in cold blood is proof of the killer's inhumanity and insanity." (Ynet)
