A parcel bomb has exploded outside Indonesian embassy in Paris, according to police cited by AFP Wednesday morning.

The report came as French elite police were in a standoff with a gunman after launching a pre-dawn raid in the southern town of Toulouse, seeking the killer who shot dead three children and a rabbi at a Jewish school - a massacre believed linked to the earlier slayings of three off-duty soldiers.
