Netanyahu to French FM: Terror, accidental civilian deaths different

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told visiting French Foreign Minister Alain Juppé that he appreciates Paris' decisive action against the man suspected of attacking a Jewish school in Toulouse.
"There is a major difference between a deliberate attack on civilians and children and the accidental harm caused to civilians – which is part of legitimate operations against terror. If we do not make this distinction – then the terrorists have won," said the PM. (Moran Azulay)
