Sarkozy: Toulouse shooter was preparing to kill again

French President Nicolas Sarkozy told the Jewish community in Toulouse that the serial killer claiming allegiance to al-Qaeda was preparing to "kill again" Wednesday morning, a representative of the community said.
The suspected shooter that killed seven people, including three children, over the past two weeks was in a stand off with the police on Wednesday afternoon. (AFP)
