Negotiations no longer continue between suspected terrorist Mohammed Merah and security forces in Toulouse, the website of French newspaper Le Parisien reported.
Earlier, Sky News reporters estimated that the latest blasts near the Toulouse home where Merah is barricaded were meant to prevent him from sleeping and to exhaust him. (Ynet)
