Tel Aviv remembers Toulouse victims
Some 200 people hold silent rally in solidarity with Sandler, Monsonego families who lost loved ones to murderous terror attack on Jewish school in France
Some 200 people gathered in central Tel Aviv Thursday evening for a silent solidarity rally held in honor of the victims of Mohammed Merah's murderous terror attack on Ozar Hatorah Jewish School in Toulouse, France.
Monday's terror attack claimed the lives of Rabbi Jonathan Sandler, 30, his 3-year-old and 6-year-old sons Gabriel and Arieh and 8-year-old Miriam Monsonego, daughter of school headmaster Rabbi Yaacov Monsonego.
The four were flown to Israel and buried in Jerusalem on Wednesday.

Merah was killed by French security forces on Thursday, after a 32-hour standoff outside his Toulouse home.
Some of those attending the rally carried signs reading "Hate knows no boundaries but neither does our support."
Moment of silence
French Ambassador to Israel Christophe Bigot took part in the rally as well: "All of us – Jews, Christians, Muslims – demanded this killer be found. We would have rather he was captured alive so that the victims' families could see justice done, but that proved impossible."
The rally observed a moment of silence in honor of the victims, followed by both the Israeli and French national anthems.
