Near lynch in Haifa: 5 of 6 accused released on house arrest
The Haifa District Court has ruled that five of the six defendants in the near lynch on soldiers in Haifa last month be released on house arrest. Four of the six are minors.
Justice Ron Shapira noted in his ruling that even though it was a case of severe assault, the nationalistic motives were negated and so by law the detention can be substituted by house arrest. (Ahiya Raved)
