Bank of Israel: Gov't economic policies for 2011 expanded poverty

Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer has submitted the bank's annual report, which reviews the trends that occured in Israel's economy and the government's economic policies in 2011.
The report extensively deals with developments that lead to the social protest that erupted in the summer of 2011. The bank asserted in the report that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's tax reform has prevented the State from providing services on par with other developed countries, and has expanded poverty.
