Iran FM: Annan to visit Tehran next week

Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said that the UN-Arab League peace envoy for Syria Kofi Annan will visit Tehran either on Monday or Tuesday next week, IRNA reported.

"We hope Annan's mission in Syria will be successful," Salehi said. "There is a way out for Syria, and this issue must be approached with patience." (Dudi Cohen)
