UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to apply the UN's six-point plan to stop the bloodshed in his country "immediately."
"I urge President Assad to put his commitments into action immediately. There is no time to lose," Ban said at a press conference in Kuwait. (AFP)
