IDF: Settlers' occupation of Hebron home – dangerous provocation

The IDF accused a group of settlers that took up residence in a Hebron house of staging a "dangerous provocation" that might stir conflict ahead of the pro-Palestinian demonstrations scheduled to be held on Friday. Army officials called the measure "irresponsible."

Several dozen settlers occupied the house overnight, claiming they purchased it from its Palestinian owner. Sources in the West Bank city said that the Palestinian police have arrested the man that evidently sold them the home. (Itamar Fleishman)
