Iran: Erdogan gave us missive from Obama
Iranian sources have confirmed to Al-Jazeera that Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan handed the Iranians a missive from US President Barack Obama related to the Iranian nuclear program and international and regional developments with regards to Syria.
The Iranian source said that Iran's spiritual leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told Erdogan that his country would not abandon Assad. (Roee Kais)
