Israeli charged with defrauding Americans to be extradited to US

The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal filed by Michelle Yuval, who is charged – along with her mother and nine other defendants – with defrauding dozens of elderly US nationals out of tens of millions of dollars.

Yuval is to extradited to the US, forcing her to leave her infant son with a foster family in Israel. Her husband has been arrested in the US in connection with the case as well. If convicted, the 11 defendants will serve their sentences in Israel. (Gilad Morag)
