Israel closes PA media network in Jerusalem
Israeli police closed, Monday, on its launch day the Huna al-Quds network in Jerusalem, a Palestinian on-line media initiative including its Internet radio station and a news service.
A few minutes before the program started, dozens of Israeli police entered the building, closed their office doors and presented an injunction signed by the Minister of Homeland Security barring the launch on the grounds that it was a Palestinian Authority event. (AFP)
