Peres: We will know how to respond to missiles from Lebanon
Touring the Golan Heights with IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz, President Shimon Peres said: "Syrian President Bashar Assad is more brutal than his father and less clever than him. Whatever happens in Syria will affect Israel's defense campaign.
Assad's fall will be a death blow to Hazbollah. So far we have avoided attacking strategic targets in Lebanon but if missiles are fired at us we will know how to respond." (Yoav Zitun)
